CHIPOTLE AND GRILLED ONION SLIDERS
- In a grill pan over medium heat, add 1 tablespoon of olive oil. Add your sliced onions and let cook for 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally, but not too much so the onions can char nicely. Sprinkle with salt, then set aside.
- Slice your slider buns in half and spread the vegan mayo and mustard over it evenly. Add your arugula and drizzle with olive and sprinkle with salt and pepper. Layer your grilled onions and then your Plant Provisions Chipotle Slices. Top with the other half of slider buns and enjoy!
